I am a Bikini Fitness Pro and have Scoliosis and am working on fixing my imbalances. I was going to be in Montreal for a year and was referred to Michele. After my 1st class with her, I didn't need to look any further. I loved her private home studio and her energy was great! I started going to her twice a week. She pushed me but also kept our sessions fun. She is very experienced and really gave me great cues to execute the exercises. So happy to have found her and because of her I am able to connect to certain parts of my body I couldn't before. Excellent Pilates Teacher!!!
