Gordon is Gordon .,but he delivers in the end. Very good product and also excellent workmanship . The water just flows out of the gutters like an ocean current not like before ,it would just drip out , everything slides right out I recommend this product definitely
I do not profess to know anything about roofs or architectural aesthetics. The chief came to our home promptly and guided us to the best choice. It is really great to make a friend in the business. In fact we were treated like family.Everything including the cost of my beautiful new roof was optimum.So I do recommend Eco and their product. Anything else makes less sense. This I do know.
Its a long journey! But still at the end of the day finally the roof is done. We are happy with result and the decision to put metal roof. I just hope they keep their promises.
Gordon answered all of my many questions. Work was done extremely fast. I asked to paint my pipes and install more snow guards and it was done right away. Thank you for a beautiful roof!
Buyer beware!! After care service non-existent. Guarantee not worth the paper it is written on. Roof was done in October 2016 and completed in November before the snowfall. Spotted a drainage problem over the windows at the back of the house after roof was completed. Was promised that issue would be rectified in spring of 2017. After numerous emails and phone calls made directly to Gordon, 2017 came and went. In 2018 reached out again to Gordon but no response. Contacted Eco-Marco again and was told it is a call center which screens any complaints and never gets back to you. Finally reached out to Joe via email at London Eco-Metal in Ontario. He did respond to my email and told me that him that he would look into it. As of this date, still NOTHING has been rectified.
